Shipping Options & Returns Policy

When will I receive my order?
90% of our orders are packed and sent out within 2 working days. Do note that there might be delays during events or mega sales, do check our Instagram and Facebook page for updates.
Our order packing days are Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm.
We do not pack or send out orders on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
Shipping duration will vary from country to country. 


Shipping Methods & Prices

SINGAPORE

      Flat Shipping Fee 

      Flat $5 shipping fee for all orders within Singapore, regardless of parcel size/weight. Do note that small orders might be packed into mailing bags which do not protect the retail boxes from damage. You might want to consider the next option: Fragile Shipping. 
      You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days after your package has been packed & picked up by the courier company. Do note that there will be additional delays during peak periods (11.11 & 12.12 sales, Christmas season, long weekends due to public holidays, etc). 

      Fragile Courier - $10
      Orders will be packed in a carton box. This is the best option if you are intending to gift the mats. 
      Shipping will be via Qxpress or other courier companies with tracking link. We use a variety of shipping companies. 
      An email with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days after your package has been packed & picked up by the courier company. Do note that there will be additional delays during peak periods (11.11 & 12.12 sales, Christmas season, long weekends due to public holidays, etc). 

      Express Courier - $20
      Orders will be packed in a box. This is the best option if you are intending to gift the mats. 
      Shipping will be via Qourier (with tracking) or our own delivery team (no tracking). 
      You can expect to receive your order within 0-2 working days.
      It is best if you can call us at 62824881, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm, after placing your order to inform that your order is urgent and we will attend to it immediately.

      OVERSEAS SHIPPING - To all countries except Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia & Australia. Please contact the respective countries' authorised sellers to make your purchase.

      REST OF THE WORLD

      Shipping Charges Vary - Please add to cart & check out to see the shipping fee. You do not need to enter payment/credit card details to check the shipping fee.

      We use a variety of shipping companies. You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks after your package has been packed. 

      Important Note for Overseas Shipping: Please check on your country’s import taxes (if any). You are liable to pay for your import taxes if applicable.

      Refunds & Exchange
      Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund, no-returns policy as we do not sell returned products. No one likes to be sent a returned product when they paid for a brand new product. Our policy is in place to protect our customers.

      Due to system limitations, we will not be able to edit orders. Please check your cart carefully before proceeding to pay. We will only be able to update shipping address (if incorrect) BEFORE the order is shipped out. 

      Within 7 days from receiving your parcel: Should there be a mistake in the order made by us, we will absorb the shipping & ensure an exchange for the customer is done. Please take clear photos of what you received, a screenshot of your order confirmation email and email to hello@ohmymats.com.sg.
