Shipping Options & Returns Policy

When will I receive my order?
90% of our orders are packed and sent out within 2 working days. Do note that there might be delays during events, do check our Facebook page for updates.
Our order packing days are Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm.
We do not pack or send out orders on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
Shipping duration will vary from country to country.

Self Collection Option

      Free Shipping For All Orders!

      For orders less than $20, shipping will be via SingPost Normal Mail. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, damaged or delayed mail by SingPost. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 15 working days after your package has been packed. 
      For orders above $20, shipping will be via NinjaPost, Qxpress or other courier companies with tracking link. We use a variety of shipping companies. An email with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 
      Please note that we are not liable for any damaged or delayed mail by the courier companies.
      You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days after your package has been packed & picked up by the courier company. Do note that there will be additional delays during peak periods (11.11 & 12.12 sales, Christmas season, long weekends due to public holidays, etc). 

      Fragile Courier - $5
      Orders will be packed in a carton box. This is the best option if you are intending to gift the mats. 
      Shipping will be via Qxpress or other courier companies with tracking link. We use a variety of shipping companies. 
      An email with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days after your package has been packed & picked up by the courier company. Do note that there will be additional delays during peak periods (11.11 & 12.12 sales, Christmas season, long weekends due to public holidays, etc). 

      Express Courier - $10
      Orders will be packed in a box. This is the best option if you are intending to gift the mats. 
      Shipping will be via Qourier (with tracking) or our own delivery team (no tracking). You will be able to choose delivery timeslot (4 hour window). We will call you to arrange delivery date & timeslot.
      You can expect to receive your order within 0-2 working days.
      It is best if you can call us at 62824881, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm, to inform that your order is urgent and we will attend to it immediately.

      BRUNEI, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA
      Orders less than $100 = $5 
      Orders Above $100 = Free

      Normal Mail by SingPost has NO TRACKING. Delivery in within your country will be by your local postal service. We are not liable for any lost or delayed mail. There will not be any refund for lost packages. Please use this option at your own risk.
      Once the package is dropped off at the post office, #ohmymats has no control over delivery timing and duration. You can expect the package to reach you in 5 to 20 working days. Should you not receive your package after 4 weeks, kindly check with the post office in charge of your area if they have it with them. We have return address on all our packages and will inform customers directly if we receive any returned packages.
      Shipping with Tracking = $20 Flat Fee Per Order
      We use a variety of shipping companies such as NinjaVan, SpeedPost, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc. 
      An email with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 
      You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days after your package has been packed. 

      REST OF THE WORLD
      Shipping Charges Vary - Please add to cart & check out to see the shipping fee. You do not need to enter payment/credit card details to check the shipping fee.
      Free for orders $200 and above

      We use a variety of shipping companies such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc. 
      An email with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 
      You can expect to receive your order within 3-10 working days after your package has been packed.

      Refunds & Exchange
      Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund, no-returns policy as we do not sell returned products. No one likes to be sent a returned product when they paid for a brand new product. Our policy is in place to protect our customers.

      Due to system limitations, we will not be able to edit orders. Please check your cart carefully before proceeding to pay. We will only be able to update shipping address (if incorrect) BEFORE the order is shipped out. 

      Should there be a mistake in the order made by us, we will absorb the shipping & ensure an exchange for the customer is done. Please take clear photos of what you received, a screenshot of your order confirmation email and email to hello@ohmymats.com.sg.
