Refunds & Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund, no-returns policy as we do not sell returned products. No one likes to be sent a returned product when they paid for a brand new product. Our policy is in place to protect our customers.
Due to system limitations, we will not be able to edit orders. Please check your cart carefully before proceeding to pay. We will only be able to update shipping address (if incorrect) BEFORE the order is shipped out.
Should there be a mistake in the order made by us, we will absorb the shipping & ensure an exchange for the customer is done. Please take clear photos of what you received, a screenshot of your order confirmation email and email to hello@ohmymats.com.sg.
